Graduated from the Hong Kong Art School - Royal Melbourne Information Technology University in 2007, Daniel Chau holds a Bachelor of Arts (major in ceramics). He took part in the artist residency exchange at Shigaraki, Japan In 2009, Cheongsong, South Korea in 2018 and Kecskemét, Hungary in 2022.
Over the years since 2009, Daniel Chau actively exhibited his work at ceramic exhibitions in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and Hungary. He came in as third prize at the 2010 Tea Ware by Hong Kong Potters Competition and enrolled in the 2020 Taiwan Ceramics Biennale International Competition.
Daniel currently base in London.
